I love photographing portraits!
My goal at your portrait session is to catch you, your family and friends in a natural way avoiding the posing and prompting – and having some fun along the way.
My total commitment to all my clients is to provide outstanding top quality photographs with a level of personal friendly service that is second to none!
I have over 30 years experience in the art and science of photography with my apprenticeship being in film photography where I learnt the skills of manual single lens reflex cameras, developing film and creating prints in the dark room.
These days everything is digital and quality standards can be maintained at higher levels more consistently. The darkroom has now been replaced with the lightroom and leading edge equipment and software.
I have been trained in photographing weddings, high level events, and portraits. Am a member of the Bureau of Freelance Photographers, the Institute of Professional Photographers and the Guild of Wedding Photographers, where I undergo regular refresher training in the latest techniques in photography skills, camera equipment and software.
My primary aim is to produce a professional photographic experience of the highest quality and enjoyment for all of my clients. Where necessary, or through a client request, I work with an assistant photographer working the wedding shoot with me.
